  • A: We work with trusted print partners who have production centres in the UK, Europe, and the US.

    Your printed order is automatically fulfilled at the nearest location to help ensure the fastest delivery and the best quality.

    Gift boxes and original art are sent direct from the artist.

  • each item is made to order, just for you. Typical delivery times are as follows:

    • UK & EU: 5-10 business days

    • US & Canada: 7-12 business days

    • Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

    You will be supplied with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped. Shipping speed is often related to seasonal factors and in busy periods you may experience some delays. However we will do all we can to get your orders through as quickly as possible.

  • A: We create every product once it’s ordered… this helps reduce overproduction and waste, whilst ensuring that you get a freshly printed, high quality piece. It’s a far more sustainable way to make art and clothing.

  • A: We currently offer sizes from S up to 3XL. Each T-Shirt listing has a size guide attached to help you find your perfect fit. If you cannot find the fit or style you are looking for, please contact us and we will do what we can to help.

  • Prints: Our prints are made on 200gsm archival paper using ecological water based inks to help ensure a bright and vibrant image that, if protected properly, should provide lasting satisfaction.

    T-Shirts: Our T-Shirts are printed with water based inks on 100% US cotton.

    Art: Original art is provided on a variety of substrates and details for each individual piece can be found in the unique listing.

  • Because each item is made to order, we can only accept returns for damaged, misprinted or incorrect items.

    If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible via email with your order number and a photo. We are committed to sort any problems as quickly as we can within our remit.

  • We’re really sorry about that! Please contact us at hello@misterdills.com with a photo of the issue and an order number. We’ll replace or refund it as soon as possible.

  • T-Shirt: Wash inside out, on a cool cycle, avoiding using harsh detergents. Avoid tumble drying to keep the print looking fresh.

    Prints: Frame behind glass and away from direct sunlight to preserve the colours.
